Boarding does not allow application challenges, so reserving your character means you will have the exclusive opportunity to apply for them during the reserve period. Each reserve will last for two weeks from the time of reservation.

This does not guarantee you that character, however, as your application must also be submitted and accepted. The current character cap is four, and all players must pass one activity check with their first character before applying for any subsequent characters.
